History

Founded in 2013, Burkmont began as a sport research blog after an inspiring conversation with renowned statistician Nate Silver. Combining our training in research, Burkmont eventually turned blog posts into conference presentations and projects with professional sports teams. We've since branched out from sports to help answer research questions for any endeavor. We're basically just a bunch of dorks who love research.

Dr. Levine has over 10 years of research experience in both the public and private sector from sports teams, to education, to healthcare, to tide pool preservation, there are no research quandaries that are out of reach.
